V Bundles Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the V Bundles Affiliate Program. Our goal is to grow together by rewarding partners who help Shopify merchants increase their AOV and conversion rates. By participating in our program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Commission Structure and Lifetime Earnings

  • Recurring Commission: Affiliates earn a 30% recurring commission on all subscription fees paid by a referred merchant.
  • Lifetime Rewards: We believe in long-term partnerships. Commissions are Lifetime; as long as the referred merchant maintains an active paid subscription, you continue to earn.
  • Calculation: Commission rates are applied to the net revenue received by V Bundles (after Shopify's 20% platform fee and any applicable taxes).

2. Payout Terms and Schedule

  • Minimum Threshold: You can request a payout once your earned commissions reach a minimum of $20.
  • Payment Frequency: Payments are processed bi-weekly (every two weeks), ensuring you have consistent access to your earnings.
  • Vesting Period: A commission is considered “earned” once the merchant's 7-day free trial expires and their first successful payment is confirmed by Shopify.
  • Refund Policy: If a merchant receives a refund or initiates a chargeback within 60 days of payment, the associated commission will be deducted from the affiliate's balance.

3. Tracking and Attribution

  • Cookie Duration: We use industry-standard tracking cookies (via Mantle) to ensure your referrals are captured accurately.
  • Installation: A conversion is tracked when a new user clicks your unique link and installs the V Bundles app.

4. Marketing Guidelines and PPC

  • Branded Keywords: We maintain an open and flexible marketing policy. Unlike many other programs, we currently do not prohibit bidding on branded keywords (e.g., “V Bundles”) in paid search campaigns.
  • Ethical Promotion: Affiliates must not use misleading claims, fake countdown timers, or deceptive “discount codes” that do not exist.
  • Transparency: You must disclose your affiliate relationship with V Bundles where required by law (e.g., FTC guidelines).

5. Prohibited Actions

  • Self-Referral: You may not use your own affiliate link to install V Bundles on your own Shopify stores. Any such activity will result in the immediate voiding of commissions and potential removal from the program.
  • Spam: The use of unsolicited emails, mass automated postings, or “link farming” is strictly prohibited.

6. Program Eligibility and Acceptance

  • Instant Access: Our program is open to all Shopify partners, influencers, and agencies. No manual pre-approval is required to start promoting.
  • Right to Terminate: V Bundles reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account that violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
